Cucumber assists with Tauranga STEM Festival

Tauranga has a thriving STEM community (STEM = Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and Cucumber has been a supporter of the STEM Wana Trust from the first Tauranga STEM Festival back in 2019. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the cancellation of the 2020 and 2021 editions of the festival but there have still been many STEM events held.

There were a series of STEM Workshops over summer and for the first workshop, Matias Iacono of Cucumber presented an interactive session on computer vision and machine learning where participants wrote their own code.
